Jessica Roy is a traveling chef always looking for the next adventure. Owner of Boston’s Shiso Kitchen, the former Le Cordon Bleu Chef Instructor also has specialty training as a Left-Handed-American-Female Sushi Chef. Her past experiences include: Food Columnist, Personal Chef, Caterer, and Consultant, in addition to traveling the globe in search of new flavors. She has a diverse culinary background with a palette & training inspired by world travels, and fresh ingredients. Jess's cooking style is one that is globally influenced, and revolves around sharing good food with good friends, and good fun. 


Jess Roy is no stranger to Food TV she has worked as a chef contributor for various lifestyle programming. She has worked as the host Food Network's Cooking Cheat Sheet, and can be seen as a 3 time competitor and champion of  Cutthroat Kitchen, and has been the face of national and local commercial campaigns. Cooking may be her bread and butter, but Jess Roy is also a thrill seeking adventurer. She is a former sponsored competitive snowboarder who loves anything active, outdoors and adrenaline filled.
